For all carpet cleaning work we will carry out a FREE survey prior to quotation at a time to suit you. The reason for this is quite simple - without inspecting the carpet or rug and conducting a few basic tests, we have no way of knowing which cleaning system is most suitable for your furnishings.

These tests will identify any risks, such as possible shrinkage, dye bleed, and the level of soiling or staining, all of which will determine which cleaning method best suits your carpet. Obviously the price will be dependent on all these factors, so if a cleaning company offers you afixed price quotation over the phone, then you should question it! Our survey is completely FREE, and once completed we will give you a fixed Quotation.

In our experience most cleaning work can be carried out with care using the Hot Water Extraction method, combined with chemicals suitable for carpet materials and condition. We also use a turbo dryer to speed up drying times, typically 2-4 hours.

We also specialise in the removal of chewing gum or wax, using dedicated machines to speed up the removal process.

With upholstery, depending on the type of fabric we will determine the best method of cleaning. All the chemicals we use are supplied by the market leader PROCHEM. For the fraction of the cost of replacing these items we will give them a new release of life, restoring the upholstery back to its original glory!

We have male and female operators, all of whom are PROCHEM trained and are experienced professionals who will not leave a job until they are completely satisfied with the results.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
With this service every 3 months (standard - can be varied to suit client) we will clean all the soft furnishings (upholstery and carpets) maintaining a high level of cleanliness. With regular cleaning the appearance of your furnishings are maintained and the cleaning costs incurred are reduced.

In detail, usually when a cleaning company is called out the furnishings are very dirty (high level of soiling). Cleaning takes a long time & lots of chemicals are required hence the costs can be high. If however the items are cleaned more regularly they will not get so heavily soiled, the cleaning time & chemicals required are reduced hence the price is lower.

A cleaning maintenance contract is particularly relevant to the restaurant trade where high standards of cleanliness are imperative.
